- 8–10 lbspiral ham
- 1 can (20 oz)Dole pineapple rings
- 1 cupDomino brown sugar
- ¼ cupFrench's yellow mustard
- 20Badia whole cloves
How to make it
- 1
Heat the oven to 325°. Drain the pineapple and save all the juice. Mix the juice with the brown sugar and mustard until it looks like a glaze.
- 2
Set the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan. Score the fat in a diamond pattern if it is not already spiral-cut. Brush a thick coat of glaze all over.
- 3
Stud the ham with whole cloves. Lay the pineapple rings on top, pinning them with extra cloves if they slide. Pour a splash of water in the bottom of the pan. Cover tightly with foil.
- 4
Bake 12 minutes per pound (about 1½–2 hours for 8–10 lb). Uncover for the last 20 minutes, brush with more glaze, and let it brown. Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
